This is a wonderful challenge for me, an opportunity to apply all that I've learned in my MBA classes over the last 18 months. I will need to reduce headcount by 20 percent in the first few months and then rally the remaining troops to achieve brave new things. I love Paris, and I'll have an equity position in the company. It doesn't get much better than that!!"
